20 Best Westgate Reservations Deals Ranked

By The VacationDeals.to TeamMarch 20, 202614 min read

I've stayed at more Westgate properties than I've stayed at relatives' houses, and the Westgate stays were consistently more comfortable. David Siegel built a timeshare empire, and the byproduct of that empire is some of the cheapest legitimate resort deals in America. Love him or not, the man knows how to put together a vacation package. Here are 20 Westgate deals ranked from "great value" to "borderline criminal how cheap this is." Check all our brand deals for other resort chains.

1. Westgate Lakes Resort, Orlando — $99/Night for 4 Nights

The flagship. Full suites with kitchens, washer/dryer, multiple pools, a lazy river, and a location 10 minutes from Disney. This is the deal that started it all for me. The 90-minute presentation is efficient and the resort quality is genuinely impressive. If you've never done a Westgate deal, start here.

2. Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort, Gatlinburg — $89/Night for 4 Nights

Cabins with fireplaces and hot tubs at the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The indoor/outdoor waterpark is a blast for kids, and the mountain views from your balcony are the kind of thing that makes you forget about email for a while. One of the best values in the entire Westgate portfolio.

3. Westgate Cocoa Beach Resort — $89/Night for 3 Nights

Oceanfront on Cocoa Beach with two-bedroom suites and balconies facing the Atlantic. Watch rocket launches from your room. The beach is wide and less crowded than South Florida. Kennedy Space Center is close enough to hear the countdown. This deal punches way above its weight class.

Pro Tip: Book Westgate deals directly through their website or call center for the best rates. Third-party sites sometimes mark up Westgate promotions. The direct booking also tends to have more flexable cancellation policies.

4. Westgate Town Center, Kissimmee — $79/Night for 4 Nights

The budget king of the Westgate Orlando portfolio. Slightly older than Lakes, but cheaper and closer to Disney (about 5 minutes from the main gate). Two-bedroom villas with full kitchens, multiple pools, and an on-site restaurant. At $79, this is less than a motel room in the Orlando area.

5. Westgate Las Vegas Resort — $109/Night for 3 Nights

The former Las Vegas Hilton where Elvis did his residency. Massive property next to the Convention Center and monorail. Recently renovated rooms, the largest race and sports book in Vegas, and multiple restaurants. The resort has genuine Vegas history, and the promotional price makes it one of the best Strip-adjacent deals in town.

6. Westgate Park City Resort, Utah — $149/Night for 3 Nights

Ski-in/ski-out at Canyons Village. This is the luxury play in the Westgate lineup — spacious suites, a full-service spa, and a location that puts you on world-class slopes. In summer, it transforms into hiking and mountain biking paradise. Park City's Main Street dining is walking distance via the gondola.

7. Westgate Vacation Villas, Kissimmee — $85/Night for 4 Nights

Another budget Orlando option with spacious two-bedroom villas and a massive pool complex. Vacation Villas is slightly further from the parks than Town Center but the units are well-maintained and the price is hard to beat. The resort has a mini-golf course and basketball courts too.

Fun Fact: Westgate Resorts is the largest privately held timeshare company in the world, with 28 resorts across the US. David Siegel also built the largest single-family home in America — a 90,000 square foot mansion called Versailles. The documentary about it won a Sundance award. You can't make this stuff up.

8. Westgate Myrtle Beach Oceanfront — $89/Night for 4 Nights

Right on the beach with ocean views, a pool, and a lazy river. The studios and one-bedroom suites all have kitchenettes at minimum. Myrtle Beach's boardwalk and attractions are walking distance. At $89, you're paying less than most of the chain hotels on the strip and getting way more space.

9. Westgate Branson Woods — $85/Night for 4 Nights

Nestled in the Ozark Mountains near Branson, this resort has log cabin-style lodges with fireplaces and porches. Table Rock Lake is nearby for fishing and boating, Silver Dollar City is 15 minutes away, and Branson's live entertainment scene has more shows per capita than Broadway. Seriously.

10. Westgate Towers, Orlando — $75/Night for 4 Nights

The most budget-friendly Westgate Orlando property. The units are smaller than Lakes or Town Center, but the price reflects that. Studios and one-bedrooms with kitchenettes, a pool, and proximity to Disney. At $75 a night, you're paying almost nothing for a branded resort stay in the most touristy city in America.

11. Westgate South Beach Resort, Miami — $159/Night for 3 Nights

Boutique-style property on Collins Avenue in South Beach. Rooftop pool, modern rooms, and an Art Deco vibe that fits the neighborhood. This is Westgate's premium urban property and the South Beach location commands a higher price, but $159 for SoBe is still a bargain compared to the $400+ hotels on Ocean Drive.

12. Westgate Branson Lakes — $89/Night for 4 Nights

On the shores of Table Rock Lake with boat dock access, fishing, and pontoon boat rentals. The suites have lake views, and the resort feels more secluded than Branson Woods. If you're more interested in the lake than the shows, this is your Branson pick. The bass fishing here is legitimately world-class.

Pro Tip: Westgate presentations are consistent across properties — about 90 minutes with a tour, pitch, and closer. Be polite but firm when declining. The salespeople are professionals; treat them professionally. A simple "we're not buying today, but thank you" works every time.

13. Westgate Historic Williamsburg — $89/Night for 3 Nights

Adjacent to Colonial Williamsburg with suites that have a colonial charm to them. The resort has a pool and is close to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. History nerds and theme park fans can satisfy both interests from one base. The area also has outlet shopping and great Virginia dining.

14. Westgate River Terrace, Gatlinburg — $95/Night for 3 Nights

A smaller, more intimate Gatlinburg option compared to the massive Smoky Mountain Resort. Riverfront suites with private balconies overlooking a mountain stream. It's walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg's shops and restaurants. The sound of the river at night is nature's white noise machine.

15. Westgate Tunica Resort, Mississippi — $69/Night for 3 Nights

The cheapest Westgate deal period. Tunica is Mississippi's casino country, and this resort is near multiple casinos. The suites are comfortable, the pool is nice, and at $69 a night you could spend the savings at the blackjack table. (Or don't. Save it. Actually, definitely save it.)

16. Westgate Painted Mountain, Mesa AZ — $99/Night for 3 Nights

Arizona desert meets resort comfort. This Mesa property has suites with mountain views, a pool, and proximity to Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the Superstition Mountains. Winter rates make this a snowbird special — escape the cold for $99 a night in a place where the sun shines 300 days a year.

17. Westgate Blue Tree Resort, Orlando — $85/Night for 4 Nights

Yet another Orlando option (Westgate has SEVEN Orlando-area properties). Blue Tree has spacious villas, a nice pool area, and a central location on I-Drive. It's a solid mid-range option between the budget Towers and the premium Lakes. The two-bedroom villas are a great pick for families of 4-6.

18. Westgate Palace, Orlando — $95/Night for 3 Nights

On International Drive with studio and one-bedroom suites. The Palace is closer to Universal Studios than the Kissimmee properties, making it the Westgate pick for Universal fans. I-Drive's restaurants, Topgolf, and the Icon Park observation wheel are walkeable from the resort.

19. Westgate Flamingo Bay, Las Vegas — $89/Night for 3 Nights

The budget Vegas option in the Westgate portfolio. Flamingo Bay is near the Strip with a tropical pool area and spacious suites. It doesn't have the history of the main Westgate Las Vegas Resort, but it's $20/night cheaper and still puts you close to the action. The pool area is actually nicer than the main resort's, in my opinion.

20. Westgate Leisure Resort, Orlando — $79/Night for 4 Nights

Rounding out the list with another affordable Orlando property. Leisure Resort has one- and two-bedroom units with kitchens, a pool, and a game room. It's the kind of no-frills, solid-value deal that Westgate built their reputation on. Nothing fancy, everything functional, price that makes you smile.

Fun Fact: The Westgate Las Vegas Resort has 2,956 rooms spread across a 68-acre campus, making it one of the largest resorts in Las Vegas by room count. It also has the world's largest LED display on its exterior. Westgate doesn't do subtle, and honestly, that's what makes them fun.
