What is a Vacpack?
A vacation preview package ("vacpack") is a deeply-discounted resort stay (60-90% off retail) offered by timeshare brands and brokers to qualified travelers. In exchange, you attend a 90-minute sales presentation on the property. You can decline to buy and keep your savings.
Who Qualifies?
- Age 25+ (some brands 28+, HGV/Marriott 30+)
- Household income $50K+ (premium brands $75K+)
- Valid credit card for the deposit
- Not currently a timeshare owner with the same brand

The 90-Minute Presentation

Refund Process
Deposit typically refunds 3-7 business days after check-out. Same credit card it was charged to. Sometimes front desk issues a paper voucher you must call to process.

- Saying "I can't afford it" (triggers financing pitch)
- Signing anything during the presentation
- Booking during peak weeks without 90+ day advance
- Forgetting to confirm room category at check-in
- Not setting a 90-min alarm
