How is the vacpack that much cheaper?

Hate scheduled anything on vacation and value a fee-free morning more than $580? Fair — that's a real preference, not a math error. And if you're staying two weeks, packages top out around 5 nights, so long stays default back to rentals. We're not here to pretend one tool fits every trip, we're here to point out that alot of couples are paying $640 for a trip that's available for $59.
The Verdict
The vacpack wins the autopsy, and the margin of victory — nearly $600 on our estimate — would of embarassed the Airbnb if receipts could feel shame. For a qualifying couple doing a 2-5 night trip to a major destination, the preview package is simply the cheaper instrument, presentation and all. Airbnb keeps its crown for big groups, long stays, and people who need a garage for a boat.
And a closing word for the thermostat-note guy, wherever he is: I did nothing to that thermostat. It was 72 when I arrived and 72 when I left, and I paid a $100 cleaning fee for the privilege of being accused. The resort at $59 has never once texted me an accusation. That's not a line item on the autopsy table, but it might be the most important organ in the whole body — a vacation where nobody grades your exit is worth real money, and this one happens to also cost $580 less.
