1. HGV on the Las Vegas Strip — $99/Night for 3 Nights
Right. On. The. Strip. One-bedroom suites with kitchenettes and a pool deck that overlooks the Las Vegas skyline. You're walking distance to every major casino, restaurant, and show. At $99 on the Strip, this is arguably the best-located budget deal in Vegas. HGV's Strip property is always my first recommendation for Vegas newbies.
2. HGV at SeaWorld, Orlando — $119/Night for 3 Nights
Across from SeaWorld with park tickets often bundled into the deal. Modern suites, excellent pools, and a location that's central to all Orlando attractions. The presentation here is one of the more relaxed HGV experiences — they seem to understand that vacation vibes and hard selling don't mix well.
3. HGV at MarBrisa, Carlsbad — $149/Night for 3 Nights
Next to LEGOLAND in Carlsbad, California. Spacious suites with a resort-style pool and proximity to some of SoCal's best beaches. Carlsbad Village is walkable and charming. This property attracts a lot of families (LEGOLAND is right there), but couples enjoy it too for the beach access and restaurant scene.
4. HGV at Anderson Ocean Club, Miami Beach — $159/Night for 3 Nights
Mission Beach in San Diego... wait, no, this is the Miami Beach location. Oceanfront with rooftop pool overlooking the Atlantic. South Beach nightlife is walking distance. Art Deco architecture surrounds you. At $159 in South Beach, you're paying less than the valet parking costs at some Ocean Drive hotels.
5. HGV Ocean Tower, Myrtle Beach — $109/Night for 4 Nights
Oceanfront high-rise with stunning views from every floor. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, which is refreshing in Myrtle Beach where "dated" is practically a design theme. The pool deck overlooks the ocean, and the resort's south-end location avoids the tourist strip chaos. Four nights for $436 total.
6. HGV Elara, Las Vegas — $119/Night for 3 Nights
Connected to Planet Hollywood on the Strip. The Elara suites are some of the largest in Vegas — the one-bedrooms are 750+ square feet with full kitchens and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Strip. The Miracle Mile shops are literally connected to the building. You could live here. Some people probably do.
7. HGV Ocean Oak, Hilton Head — $139/Night for 4 Nights
HGV's Hilton Head property is on Palmetto Dunes with beach access and resort-quality amenities. The villas blend Lowcountry style with modern comfort — think shiplap walls and sleek kitchens. The resort has a pool, fitness center, and access to Palmetto Dunes' golf, tennis, and lagoon kayaking.
8. HGV Sunrise Lodge, Park City — $159/Night for 3 Nights
Park City ski access and proximity to the Canyons. Modern mountain lodge aesthetic with fireplaces, kitchens, and mountain views. Summer brings hiking, biking, and Park City's excellent restaurant and art scene. The Sundance Film Festival vibes linger year-round in this town. HGV's mountain property game is strong.

International Drive location with spacious one- and two-bedroom suites. Parc Soleil has a Mediterranean vibe — terracotta roofs, lush landscaping, and a pool that feels like a European courtyard. Universal Studios and SeaWorld are both within 10 minutes. A solid mid-range HGV option for Orlando.
10. HGV at McAlpin, Miami Beach — $169/Night for 3 Nights
Art Deco boutique property on Ocean Drive. This is HGV's premium South Beach experience — rooftop pool with ocean views, studio suites in a historic building, and a location that puts you at the center of Miami Beach's legendary scene. The building itself is architecturally significant. You're staying in history.
11. HGV Tuscany Village, Orlando — $99/Night for 4 Nights
The budget HGV Orlando pick. Tuscan-themed property with spacious suites, a nice pool, and I-Drive proximity. At $99 a night, this is HGV's most affordable entry point and a great way to experience the brand without the premium price. The theming is charming — it's like a mini Italian village dropped into Central Florida.
12. HGV Ocean Enclave, Myrtle Beach — $119/Night for 4 Nights
One of HGV's newer builds, Ocean Enclave is modern from top to bottom. Oceanfront location, contemporary design, and amenities that set a new standard for Myrtle Beach resorts. The fitness center, pool, and common areas all feel brand new because they are. This is what Myrtle Beach looks like when someone spends real money.
13. HGV Cabo Azul, Los Cabos — $189/Night for 3 Nights
Acquired through the Diamond Resorts deal, Cabo Azul is a beachfront property in San Jose del Cabo with stunning suites, multiple pools, and restaurants. The Sea of Cortez is one of the most biologically diverse bodies of water on earth. Jacques Cousteau called it "the world's aquarium." You can snorkel with sea lions here.
14. HGV Valdoro Mountain Lodge, Breckenridge — $169/Night for 3 Nights
Breckenridge, Colorado ski-in/ski-out access. Mountain lodge atmosphere with fireplaces, ski storage, and a heated outdoor pool. Breckenridge's Main Street is walkable with excellent restaurants and breweries. Summer brings hiking on wildflower-covered trails and gold medal fly fishing on the Blue River.
15. HGV Las Palmeras, Orlando — $109/Night for 4 Nights
Adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center with spacious suites and a tropical pool area. Las Palmeras is newer and more modern than some of HGV's other Orlando properties. The location is central — theme parks in every direction — and the resort's dining and amenities are excellent for the price point.
16. HGV Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach, Hawaii — $199/Night for 3 Nights
Hawaii for under $200 a night. Big Island location with resort-quality suites, pools, and beach access. The Kohala Coast has some of the best weather in Hawaii — dry and sunny nearly year-round. Volcano National Park, snorkeling at Two Step, and Mauna Kea stargazing are all accessible from this base.
17. HGV at Flamingo, Las Vegas — $89/Night for 3 Nights
Connected to the Flamingo Casino right on the Strip. The suites are compact but well-designed, and the location is unbeatable — center Strip with Caesars, Bellagio, and the High Roller observation wheel all walkable. At $89, this is HGV's budget Vegas option and one of the cheapest Strip-location deals from any brand.
18. HGV South Beach Resort, Miami — $159/Night for 3 Nights
Collins Avenue location with a pool, modern rooms, and that South Beach energy. Walking distance to Lincoln Road, the beach, and Miami's best restaurants. This property is smaller and more boutique than the McAlpin, with a hipper, younger crowd. The rooftop scene at sunset is worth the trip alone.
19. HGV Polo Towers, Las Vegas — $89/Night for 4 Nights
Center Strip location between CityCenter and Bellagio. Acquired through Diamond Resorts, Polo Towers has Strip-view balconies and a rooftop pool. The studios and one-bedrooms are well-maintained. At $89 for 4 nights center-Strip, this is one of the best location-per-dollar deals in all of Las Vegas.
20. HGV Grand Islander, Honolulu — $209/Night for 3 Nights
Waikiki Beach for $209 a night. Grand Islander is HGV's premier Hawaii property, connected to the Hilton Hawaiian Village complex. Diamond Head views, multiple pools, a lagoon, and Waikiki's famous beach at your feet. Hawaii is never truly cheap, but $627 for three nights in Waikiki is as close as it gets.
