Wyndham is the workhorse of the timeshare world. They might not have the glamour of Marriott or the flashiness of Westgate, but they have more properties in more places than almost anyone, and their deals are consistantly solid. I've stayed at probably a dozen Wyndham resorts, and the experience is remarkably consistant — good rooms, nice pools, professional presentations, fair prices. Here are 20 of their best Wyndham vacation deals ranked by value. Check all our brand deals for comparisons.
1. Wyndham Bonnet Creek, Orlando — $149/Night for 5 Nights
Surrounded by Disney property with fireworks views from your balcony. Two-bedroom suites over 1,000 square feet with full kitchens. The lazy river pool is fantastic. Five nights at $149 means under $750 for nearly a week at one of Orlando's best resort locations. BookVIP runs this deal, and it's one of their bestsellers.
2. Wyndham Grand Desert, Las Vegas — $79/Night for 4 Nights
One block off the Strip with enormous suites, a heated pool, and monorail access. At $79, this is the cheapest branded resort deal in Vegas. The full kitchen saves you from the $25 room-service hamburgers that plague Strip hotels. Four nights for $316 total. That's less than one night at most Strip properties.
3. Wyndham Smoky Mountains, Sevierville — $99/Night for 4 Nights
Massive two-bedroom units with fireplaces and mountain views. Indoor pool and lazy river. Close to Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The Sevierville location is slightly less chaotic than Gatlinburg, which I personally consider a plus. Better restaurants too.
4. Wyndham Ocean Boulevard, Myrtle Beach — $99/Night for 5 Nights
Oceanfront with indoor and outdoor pools plus a lazy river. Five nights at $99 is under $500 for a beachfront week. The two-bedroom suites have full kitchens and the resort's location on the south end of Myrtle Beach is perfect — close to everything but not in the thick of the tourist chaos.
5. Wyndham Panama City Beach — $89/Night for 4 Nights
Emerald Coast sugar-white sand. The suites have full kitchens and Gulf views. The beach here is stunning — that Caribbean-colored water that makes visitors' jaws drop. Shell Island is a short boat ride away and completely undeveloped. At $89, this is Gulf Coast beach vacation at its cheapest.
6. Wyndham Pagosa Springs, Colorado — $109/Night for 4 Nights
Natural hot springs, mountain views, and proximity to Wolf Creek ski area. The suites have fireplaces, which is essential when it's snowing outside. Pagosa Springs is a small, authentic Colorado mountain town — no chain restaurants, no tourist traps, just genuine mountain charm. The hot springs alone justify the trip.
7. Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront — $109/Night for 4 Nights
Right on the boardwalk with ocean views. Virginia Beach is a top-tier beach destination that flies under the radar nationally. Three miles of boardwalk, excellent restaurants, craft breweries, and a military aviation museum. The deal includes full kitchen suites, which is crucial for keeping family beach vacation costs manageable.
8. Wyndham Flagstaff, Arizona — $109/Night for 3 Nights
Mountain retreat at 7,000 feet with ponderosa pines, Grand Canyon access, and the sunniest city in America. Spacious suites with a pool. Flagstaff's Route 66 heritage adds charm, and the drive to the Grand Canyon's South Rim is one of America's great road trips. Sedona's red rocks are an hour south.
9. Wyndham Sedona — $119/Night for 3 Nights
Red rock views from your suite. Sedona's hiking trails are world-class, and the vortex energy (whether you believe in it or not) creates an atmosphere that's undeniably relaxing. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Devil's Bridge are all accessible day hikes. The local art scene and restaurants are surprisingly sophisticated for a small town.
10. Wyndham South Padre Island — $99/Night for 4 Nights
Texas's tropical island. Beachfront with Gulf views, sea turtle rescue nearby, and some of the freshest seafood on the Gulf Coast. South Padre is quieter than most beach destinations (except during spring break), making it perfect for families and couples who want beach without the boardwalk chaos.
11. Wyndham Durango, Colorado — $109/Night for 4 Nights
Historic mountain town with the narrow-gauge railroad, craft breweries, and stunning mountain scenery. Comfortable suites close to downtown. Mesa Verde National Park is an hour away, and the Animas River offers world-class rafting. Durango is the kind of town that makes you fantasize about quitting your job and moving there.
12. Wyndham Destin, Florida — $109/Night for 4 Nights
The Emerald Coast's gem. Destin has the whitest sand and clearest water on the Gulf. The Wyndham property is close to the harbor for deep-sea fishing, and the restaurant scene centers around the freshest-possible Gulf seafood. The catch comes in daily and goes straight to your plate.
13. Wyndham La Cascada, San Antonio — $99/Night for 4 Nights
River Walk walking distance with full kitchen suites. San Antonio's food scene is criminally underrated — the breakfast tacos alone are worth the trip. The Alamo, Pearl District, and Natural Bridge Caverns are all nearby. Four nights at $99 means under $400 for a full San Antonio vacation.
14. Wyndham Myrtle Beach Seawatch — $109/Night for 5 Nights
South end of Myrtle Beach, which is quieter and more upscale. Oceanfront condos with lazy river, multiple pools, and a beach that feels private. Five nights for $545 total on the beach. The south end has better restaurants and less carnival atmosphere than the main strip. Adults tend to prefer this end.
15. Wyndham Savannah — $109/Night for 3 Nights
Near Savannah's gorgeous historic district. Savannah has squares, Spanish moss, incredible restaurants, and the legal right to walk around with an open container. Tybee Island beach is 20 minutes away. River Street has shops and bars overlooking the Savannah River. The food scene here rivals Charleston's.
16. Wyndham Galveston — $89/Night for 4 Nights
Texas's beach island with historic charm. Close to the Seawall, the Strand shopping district, and Moody Gardens. The suites have kitchens, the pool is nice, and Galveston's restaurants serve some of the best Gulf seafood in Texas. The island has a quirky, slightly eccentric personality that grows on you fast.
17. Wyndham New Braunfels — $99/Night for 3 Nights
Tubing capital of Texas. The Guadalupe and Comal rivers run right through town, and Schlitterbahn waterpark is here too. This Wyndham property has a pool and suites close to all the action. German heritage means beer halls, schnitzel, and wurstfest. It's Bavaria meets barbecue in the best possible way.
18. Wyndham Branson at the Meadows — $89/Night for 4 Nights
Branson entertainment meets Ozark Mountain scenery. Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, and about 50 live show theaters. The Wyndham property has comfortable suites and a pool. Branson is not just for retirees anymore — they've added coasters, zip lines, and craft breweries to attract younger visitors. It's working.
19. Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort, California — $129/Night for 3 Nights
Right on the beach in Oceanside between San Diego and Orange County. Surf town vibes, a classic pier, and ocean-view suites. It's one of the more affordable beachfront options in Southern California, which is saying something because SoCal doesn't do "affordable" well. Camp Pendleton helicopters provide occasional entertainment.
20. Wyndham Bay Voyage, Rhode Island — $119/Night for 3 Nights
New England charm on Narragansett Bay. Close to Newport's mansions, beaches, and sailing culture. Rhode Island has the best clam chowder on the East Coast (yes, better than Boston's), and the coastline is stunning. Summer in New England is magical, and this deal makes it accessible without the typical Newport price gouging.
